Get great Ideas

Once in a while i found myself lacking with a creativity block.. It is hard to think, to find something super or mind-blowing.. ideas are hard to find!! (Mean good heavy Ideas)

What helps is a little Idea-book I keep in my pocket (was in the video shown), because here I can write down all my ideas I get! Especially at work or in some busy fast place with no time to think. I painfully discovered during the day we get a lot good ideas, but we forget it, when we don’t write it down.It is proven we get one big hit idea everyday- a Idea what has the potential to make more Money/get success/grow Higher/whatever you want to achieve or posses. If we take the idea and work it out! 

I used to think, OK, this I idea is impossible, but here is the problem. Today it is maybe impossible!! But Tomorrow is it possible, how can I do it, when I’m not ready- so I’m ready for any Idea to write it down and to stay creative :D

For example, oh in the passage would be a Muffin shop great!! OK, today it is a little bit "Crazy"- there’s no experience, no... no... no... But this Idea has the potential to bring tomorrow great results, because I work on it!! 

Like my Uncle and Mentor said today to me; the world is full of money, it's everywhere, you have to get out with a great Idea and take it!!!!!

It shows how easy our daily life's would be, if we would help each other.

I discovered it on myself. I have often not the time to help or don't think to help someone. This video reminded me to be more open to the strangers around me and to help with such little things...  for me it could mean nothing, for someone it could mean all. The second thing is; i get blessed by this deed, i feel much better too!!

3 Months ago i was on a Business seminar and one of the quotes was; "our future always motivates you" and the other "let everything behind you and look forward"

What i get out of it, was first very easy and everybody knows this...

It was forget about your past negative experiences, -it holds you back- this one knows everybody!!! Few only live by it and some "winners" live a way further than this.

Let me explain:
I saw the Football World Championships 2014 in Brazil and every time i asked myself, how motivates the German National Side them self, from game to game on a top level? Because they had a whole Year to play with the Champions League, the League and the Cup (No Holidays!!!!!) and how can they stay focused or hungry in Brazil and not get distracted by pain, tiredness in mind and Body, or other stuff...

How can they win this Cup after a whole year of hard labor? Because theire have been other teams to and all had the same condition or even better!!

Here comes what my Mentor once told me and i discovered on them.. They told me, you have to forget your whole past. All your failings, all achievings, winnings, experiences and look forward for new achievements/challenges to make it & move forward.

And after that i understand how the Germans won the Championship. They forgot every game they made before, every win, every Goal, every medal or Cup every flattery, they cleared their mind before the match, even on the pitch they forgot everything they experienced before and moved forward from Game to Game. 

Because the opponents didn't respect them for their past experiences like winnings, medals, or games... the didn't care. Sometimes we do not need an opponent to distract ourself, we sit back and tell ourself why we cant/wont do it, because of our past experiences. All that counted was the Championship after 3 hard bleeding weeks of tournament.

It sounds hard to forget your winnings/achievings, because we love to look on them and to dwell in them. But here comes the danger we become limited by the past, like a lot people when they say, back in the days i used to ..... or did this .... and miss the future/moment. The Obstacles,the People, the Challenges,- in the moment of Battle, didn't know our glorious Past and judge us on our Actions of today.

Of course it doesn't mean forget totally your best wins.. through them away and be always up front, but don't limit yourself by your past. 

For me this means, as an Actor; i have to forget my past glorious Stage-Camera days and focus on the future/Moment to get the best result! Because what was yesterday is gone and better future Stageplays- Movies lay ahead.

Motivate yourself through the future

Self-Motivation...

Everybody in the world needs from time to time motivation. Esspecially when you have a hard time, tough moments and lack of hope. Than motivation its needed, because it lifts up your spirit and helps you to step over! To move on & on.

But my problem is; how can i get motivated by myself? I read motivating books, i was on meetings and the speakers talked with passion and fire for hours, but all this motivation was great, but never lasted longer than 2 Days. And when it was needed in an Grey moody Day, was all the fire gone and here i was...Alone, and away from any motivation.

I asked often, how does it the football player,Boxer,Dancer,... they perform on high levels and how can they motivated them self to be always on top?OK, they have a Manager.

Till yesterday when the Great Businessman Peter Daniels told a secret Key in Motivation

"To be/get motivated you have to look into the Future!!" 

This is a powerful tool! Because you can motivate yourself in minutes, by looking into your future and see everything you wanna have accomplish!!!

A lot people (i was one of them) wait for someone to motivate them, to inspire, to en-light the fire for whatever it is, the Problem is; this people often don't come and we are sitting with our goals/dreams on dry rocks.

Isn't it much easier to look into the future and to see, what you gonna achieve in 1,2-5 Years. This gives hope, wow i can be that, i can do it. I see my bright future, i see myself. And the thing i can do it myself, i do not need someone anymore to talk hours good words to get me in the mood for getting up.

I love this easy tool, because it helps me to reach out for more.

I'm my biggest potential and my biggest enemy!



I'm the biggest potential i have for success. Nobody else can do it for me, nothing else can be better used than my potential.


My biggest Enemy is myself.
My retarded and limited Beliefs, my doubts, my stupidness, my comfort loving laziness, my unbelief in myself, my wrong emotions, my misuse of the time, Fears, my procrastination in all ares can be my Enemy on the road to success.

Nothing can stop or limit myself better and high effectively like i can do it myself!!

There is no need for a secret Weapon, witchcraft, big obstacles, Limits, Boundaries, to break me! I can do it myself in few seconds.
The real power lays in myself and my belief what i can/will do/become.

The only Question is what I'm willing to sacrifice to become great and get my result!  

Just do it!!!

It sounds like the Nike slogan, just do it. The problem often is; we think it over, wait, doubt in ourself/others or scared to fail to do it! (Business, private Life, Acting....) Instead for Action, we ask/think to much, till the moment, the chance, the possibility is over/gone.

So watch it and enjoy his message!! What i love the most about his speech is, his experience in every single word he use here + mixed with winner principles. Watch it and learn from him, what it takes to win in Business/Life. He puts all his principles in 19 fast & Sharpe minutes!!

The Skill of Self Confidence

Since my last post there is some time gone, but now i found something what everybody wants to have or need; Great Self Confidence!!! 

But nobody or only few know how to get a self Confidence boost... Its like he says in the video, its a skill. There are a lot methods, like Body language, Winning, some psychological tricks etc., but i like these here, there simple and practical:

1. whatever it is you wanne be confident about, practise it a lot and you get used to it (professional).. Like Bruce said; I fear not the man who practised 10 000 Kicks once, but the man who Practised one kick 10 000 times.

2. Positive Affirmation and thoughts about yourself; Im the best... salesman/Sportsman/Husband/Wife/Business entrepreneur/.. I can do it..
Even the greatest book of all time the Bible say; Let the weakling say, "I am strong!" That is a powerful tool to talk good about yourself.


Especially when doubt,fear or negativity comes!! And it comes from time to time.

3. It is how you receive criticism, defeat, setbacks...
Do you see yourself as an victim or is it more the positive side? How you receive it and respond to it.
