Big dreams start small

I had 2 days ago a little incident. I was in a classroom for higher educated children, after school and I walked through the empty classroom and looked at the empty and dirty classroom. It was very hard to find a place with no garbage, paper on the floor, gums, empty bottles, pencils. It looked very messy and dirty. What surprised and shocked me at the same time, was a painting on the wall. It was a Picture about the dreams of a young 13 year old student and dreams always get my attention, so I looked on that picture and I discovered the student wanted to do something big, like save our Planet, go to Hollywood, change the world and bring world peace and as I locked in the classroom I tried to find the place from these guys with these great dreams. 

I thought all day long, how can a person who wants to become a planet saver go home after the classroom where he spends 8 hours a day studying and training for his future-dreams, study in such a mess up. How will he clean our Planet, if he can’t save his little tiny classroom from other classmates? How can a future world peace Politician close his eyes when the people around him destroy the Order in the class and mess up the whole place?

This Painting in the messed up classroom reminded me on a quote from the Bible:  If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater responsibilities. 

Sometimes it’s hard to see yourself and you need a shock to think about, so I’m glad I saw it. Now i can took it on my life. 

For me personally it’s a revelation, how can someone who can’t be trusted with 500€ be worthy to spend 1 Million right? would you give him the money? 

How can someone who can’t clean up after himself go out and clean our Planet? Would you follow? How can someone who betrays, cheats, lies and curses on his loved ones, bring world peace to other nations?  Would you entrust him and send him on such a important meeting to stop a war?

How can someone who hides from his family responsibilities lead others by example into a bright future? Would you trust and follow him?

So i took the Lesson, i take responsibility not only for my life, but for everything what surrounds me.

So let us start together now and take responsibility for small things that bring us every day step closer to our wished big result and to much higher task to fullfill. Don’t forget, it starts small, before it grows big and bigger!

Life is fair!

Life is fair!

Life is absolutely fair. My Mentor reminds me often on that. It is one of his favorite Aphorism by them hes living. Think about it for a moment. Maybe you think no life is unfair. For a long time i thought it too and it was all the time on my mind, no; life is unfair. But after a deep analyze of my life 4 months ago, I came to the result that life is fair. Do whatever you want, life is fair. My living today is the result of what I demanded from it yesterday. So when someone say; Life is unfair, that’s only a cheap excuse from lazy person with a victim mentality.

Life gives you only that what you demand from it. There is nothing fairer than life.

Life gives never unearned success, bonus, Health, wealth and gifts. What you have right now in your Life; is the result from your lived yesterday.

What you earned today, is the result of what you sow yesterday.

Everything what makes you the person today, is the result of the thoughts from yesterday. Not what happened to you, but how you react in your thoughts and believes on that defines you today. Everything in this moment what’s in your life; is the result of what you demanded from yesterday.  

A lot people take their past as an excuse for poverty, bad behavior and victim mentality. But a lot successful people have a lot darker stories to tell and the same to overcome. So without of all the cheap excuses; it comes to how a person deal with it, everybody has setbacks, obstacles, Enemies, but how you respond and deal with it and what demand from life, defines your tomorrow.

Broke people say the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, but if you go down to the roots someone works very hard, has sleepless nights, sweats hard for his fortune and someone party around, relax, spending lots of time in front of TV and do as good as nothing for his fortune. You don’t need to be an expert to tell who has success and who makes it somehow through life. So even when we took all from the riches for the poor people. In a few years the poor people give it not knowingly back, because of their wrong focus on the future.

Or they say; this child is born very sick or restarted, life is unfair. Even there is a violation of principles happened before, not by the child of course. Or someone is getting sick from a disease; if you go into his history you found for sure some violation of certain principles.

Sure some people have born poor in Africa. But we all know that Africa is one of the richest Countries in the world and even there this principle works. The Children for example die hungry, because their Parents leave them there or lazy to work.

So everyone has to decide for himself what he want from life and start right now.  

Do you want a good locking Body? Start today with your muscle training.

You want health? Start from today on, Eat the right food, train your body and join the doc from time to time.

Do you want good friends? Start today and be a good friend for others.  

Do you want a happy family? Start today, read books, spend time, work on youself and give your love.

Do you want big wealth? Go today out and demand it from life with action in Business.

Do you want a better job or promotion? Start today with your qualification. 

Whatever you want from life; start today and demand it. 

So put in mind the picture of you tomorrow and start work for tomorrow. When you give the responsibility for your life away, don’t cry tomorrow when you earn exactly that what you sow today. Act now, do something today! So tomorrow bring the wished result. If you do something today you have no fear of tomorrow.  Demand from Life what you want. Whatever it is you want tomorrow, happy family, lots of money, health, Happiness, good friends, start today and build it for tomorrow. 

Never forget Life is fair. Nothing on our planet is fairer. Do it like Will Smith said in this picture.For me personly it is a huge revelation, it means i can get everything in life when i demand it from it.

Crisis are Challenges in reality

Problems are our best friends! They tell us the naked truth about who we are in reality, open us brutally our weaknesses, and in which area we have a leak or short coming. If there’s no problem you may be dead or in heaven.

Problems help us to change. They teach us and challenge us to grow bigger. So every time a problem knocks on our door. The pressure is getting higher, the storm hits us, we lose control, lose our focus and peace. That’s the time to be happy; you can change and grow personally!

Lot of People don’t like problems, because they focused on the wrong side and miss the whole point. Winners take it as a challenge and master it. Of course it isn’t always easy and don’t hurt, but it makes us better, stronger.  Only if we learn from it.

Me for example as an Actor; i mad a mistake with my medical insurance and got into deep depts. It’s a huge money sum and i would love to spend it otherwise. It hit me real hard when i saw the sum for the first time. In my mind came all the Horror picture, how you survive the next months, how do you get the money, on what i could spend it. Than i changed my focus; first i stop calling it depts., i call it now challenge to earn more money, i prayed to God and second i work now harder to land good jobs as an Actor and to break through in my business. When negative thoughts or picture now coming, i stop it immediately and focus on the solution. I know money is everywhere; you have to know how to find it.

Just know every Problem is temporally and can be solved. It’s there to be solved. I have to stay calm, analyze my weakness, make a strategic Plan and be happy. 
And never forget the bigger the Problem/challenge the bigger the victory!
